FAQs

How many days in advance do I need to book a space?

The booking timeline depends on the type of event. We typically book for weddings and significant corporate events 8-10 months in advance. We receive inquiries daily and cannot guarantee a date until a deposit is made. We will send you an offer with the expected price, but if someone else shows interest in your selected date, you will have 48 hours to decide.

How many days in advance do I need to order food and drinks?

The menu should be finalized 2-4 weeks before the event to ensure the correct quantity of products and to accommodate our suppliers’ delivery requirements. This will ensure that your food is freshly prepared.

How do I book a date for my event?

With a 50% deposit payment.

There is no kitchen area at the location. Can you still cater the event?

Yes! We have mobile kitchen blocks to guarantee the food prepared in our kitchen will be served fresh and comply with all health requirements.

Do you offer food tastings?

We offer food tasting after you have chosen a menu and set a date for one of our locations. We can also give many references that speak of our food and service quality.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

What do your servers wear at an event?

Our personnel have a strict policy regarding attire. Unless the client has requested something different for the event, our servers will wear white buttoned shirts, black pants, black anti-slipping shoes, and black aprons.

Do you offer bartending services?

Yes, our team is trained and offers bar service.

Is there a “tip fee” added to my offer?

We take pride in our profession and believe tips should be earned, not expected or automatically added. Adding a tip is entirely up to the client.

(The industry standard is 10-15%, divided among the servers and our fantastic kitchen team.)

What happens to food leftovers and other waste generated at the event?

Food leftovers are cleaned and thrown away at the appropriate places. We are not allowed to leave food leftovers at a location. We have a glass recycling machine, and all glass waste is given over for recycling. Also, plastic and paper are gathered and recycled separately and accordingly.

Does my offer include servers?

Absolutely! Our friendly, qualified, and certified team will be present to guarantee that the event will go smoothly and be on time and that all your guests will be attended to.

How do you guarantee there will be enough food?

We always create a buffer zone in our plans. This means we are ready if your guests arrive extra hungry.

When do you need the final number of guests?

The final number is due 15 days before the event. All changes after that may include additional fees.

When is the final payment due?

The final payment has to be made no later than five days after the event.

Where do you cook the food?

Your food is prepared in our spacious and certified by the Food Agency kitchen. After that, it is safely transported to your event in hot Cambro boxes. They keep a safe temperature, guaranteeing the food will stay fresh and heated. We have a fridge truck for foods requiring lower temperatures. Some more tricky dishes are prepared on the spot in our mobile kitchens.

Can you accommodate special food needs such as allergies or dietary preferences?

Yes, we accommodate all dietary needs and allergies. We want every single guest to enjoy their food to the fullest. Our coordinator works with you to prepare the menu with all specifics in mind.

How do I know you are a trustworthy partner?
